- The speaker does not power on or cannot be turned on normally after powering on.
- The speaker buttons cannot be used or function abnormally.
- The speaker cannot produce sound or has abnormal sound.
- The speaker’s display doesn’t work or shows any abnormalities.
- Other hardware faults that prevent normal use of the product.

YES. Haloop A1 is a Bluetooth Speaker that can be connected to Bluetooth devices. It can also be used directly with most mainstream audio playback applications on iOS and Android, such as Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, and much more.

We have a library server, and we pull lyrics from the lyrics that the server matches. Our music library supports 18 languages and includes 9.1 million playlists, covering almost all mainstream songs. We also have a music database server from which lyrics are fetched, and acquiring these lyrics involves paying fees to the copyright holders.

The Haloop A1 Lyric Speaker currently supports the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Please note that we are working hard to support more languages shortly. At the moment, these languages have been integrated into the trial production units, and we expect to have even more language options available at the time of shipment, totaling 18 languages.

Haloop A1 features two symmetrical 5W 1.8" full-range speaker modules and one 40W 4.0" subwoofer module.

The Haloop A1 is a Bluetooth speaker that connects to a smartphone to play music. It can play songs from any supported music player software and works with Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, and other major music apps. As long as the music player software is supported, songs within the app can be played on the Haloop A1.

When playing music without lyrics, the display elements dynamically respond to the audio rhythm, offering a real-time perception of musical rhythms. An AI-driven system displays the current song's lyrics in multiple effects for music with lyrics.

We offer an AUX IN/OUT option along with Bluetooth connectivity so the Haloop A1 can also be used with other sound systems.

Haloop A1 supports wireless microphones with receivers, allowing you to connect them via AUX IN for an immersive karaoke experience. (Wireless microphones with receivers are not included and may need to be purchased separately.) Please note that the lyrics will be shown slightly earlier in the Karaoke mode, making the users to sing along easily.

Haloop A1 offers AUX IN/OUT capability and Bluetooth connectivity, which can also work with other audio systems. Take TV as an example; Haloop A1 can play audio through the AUX IN input, while the Haloop A1 display visually matches the rhythm of the music. However, the lyrics will not appear on the screen. After connecting the Haloop A1 to the TV via the AUX IN connection, you can still play songs from your Bluetooth-connected phone even when the TV is turned off, and the Haloop A1 will display the words along with the music.

We did not consider this scenario during the initial design process. The product's size and functionality were designed for desktop and bookshelf speakers, which differs from a home theater setup. If you already have an audio output capability for your soundbar, our device can accept the audio input through the AUX IN port. This would allow our device to act as an auxiliary audio channel, forming left and right channels to complement your existing soundbar.

Currently, the Haloop A1 does not intend to be offered in different sizes. We believe that the current size allows a good balance between portability and audiovisual experience. The display size is 288mm x 140mm in diameter, and the dimension of the Haloop is 360L*173W*262H mm.

Integration with smart home platforms remains under consideration pending further feasibility assessment. If deemed technically viable after evaluations have been completed, enabling connectivity via over-the-air software updates remains a possibility for the future.

The short answer is yes. The connection using the AUX IN/OUT will allow multiple Haloop A1 to play the same song at the same time.
